The Chase & District Museum & Archives Photograph Collection
Did you know that the Chase & District Museum & Archives Society has over 9000 artifacts? Of those 9000, about 1400 of them are photographs. Now for the first time ever those photographs are available to view for free online, thanks to the University of British Columbia!
All you have to do is visit the British Columbia Regional Digitized History website (BCRDH) and browse the Thompson/Nicola Digitized History section for the Chase & District Museum & Archives. All you need is access to the internet and you can look through the photographs whenever you want.
The visitor computer at the Chase & District Museum & Archives is also available for browsing the photographs if you're able to visit the museum in person.
Keep in mind these photographs are still the copyright of the Chase & District Museum & Archives Society. If you would like a copy of any of the photographs, you must contact the museum and pay our photographic fee.
